It can’t be as bad as watching the grass grow.
Life is boring. I don’t mean that in a horrible, spoiled child way. I mean that in a level headed adult way. It is true. Life is boring and monotonous. Eat, work, sleep. Eat, work, sleep. Eat, play, sleep. This is not the thrill-a-minute adventure I had been promised in my youth. This is not the preview I saw on TV. I thought there was going to be more. The reality is – that’s it. Life is a lot more boring and average than we were led to believe. That doesn’t mean that it can’t be fun. It doesn’t mean that there are not adventures to be had out there.
